Position Summary: We seek an experienced Senior Contract Manager to lead a team overseeing the contract lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Handle drafting, negotiating, and reviewing technology and service agreements.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team.
- Compliance: Ensure contracts meet legal and regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align contract terms with business goals.
- Supplier Management: Oversee vendor performance and resolve disputes.
Experience:
- 8+ years in contract management in financial services.
- Team management experience.
- Knowledge of SaaS, IT, procurement, and commercial agreements.
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
- Ability to redline and adjust contracts independently.
- Juris Doctor preferred
Skills:
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and regulatory knowledge.
